Top Detox Salad with Kale and Brussel Sprout

This kale and brussel sprout salad recipe is a real vitamin bomb on a plate. Make sure to prepare this dish if you want to have a light and healthy detox.

1 bundle of kale
1 lb. Brussels sprouts
3 tbs. pecans
50 gr. Parmesan grated
3 tbs. Tahini
3 tbs. White Wine Vinegar
2 tbs. Maple syrup
pinch of chili pepper
pinch of salt
¼ tbs. Water.

Preparation method:
Cut the kale very finely, put it in a bowl, salt it (preferably with coarse sea salt) and wrinkle it with your hands to give the juice and become soft.
Remove the top leaves of the Brussels sprouts and cut the base. Also, finely chop it and add it to the kale bowl.
In a small bowl mix tahini, vinegar, maple syrup, chili pepper, and water. Whisk till the smooth sauce condition.
Season the salad with the sauce and mix it all. Before serving, sprinkle with pecans pre-fried in a dry pan and parmesan.

Ingredients :
450 gr. Brussels sprouts
1 bundle of cabbage
1 endive
3 tbs. almond
1/3 tbs. of crushed gorgonzola
2 small apples

1/4 tbs. of lemon juice
1 tbs orange juice
1/4 tbs. of olive oil
Cooking a recipe:
For the dressing: In a small bowl, mix lemon, orange juice, and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
For the salad:
Finely chop Brussels sprouts, kale and endive. Chop apples. Add the dressing and mix it. Sprinkle with cheese and almond. Ready to eat!
